Grade 1 admissions for 2027
All Gr.1 2027 applications are done on www.gdeadmissions.gov.za
NO applications are done at the school.
Please apply & submit all CERTIFIED documents online. You do NOT have to deliver documents to the school if you upload the documents online.
Application period: 5 August 2026 @ 8:00 – 4 September 2026 @ 00:00
Placement period: As per GDE admissions management plan until all learners are placed

The grade 1 2026 waiting list will open on 1 February 2026 at 8:00
Complete the form, and hand it in at the school, together with all your certified supporting documents as mentioned on the front page of the form.
DO NOT email any application forms.
Sign the register when you deliver it to the school.
Your application will be placed on the 2026 waiting list.
Waiting lists do not carry over yearly.

Admissions for 2027
APPLICATIONS
The 2027 application form for grade 2-7 will be available on our school website once application for 2027 open on 5 August 2026 at 8:00
Once it is available, you can download the form, complete it and hand it in at the school (please do not email application forms), together with all CERTIFIED supporting documents as follow
- Birth certificate of learner
- ID copies of both parents
- Proof of immunization of learner
- Proof of home address
Please note that the ONLY document/s acceptable as proof of home address is:
Owners:
A utility bill in either parent’s name (not older than 3 months)
Renting: (ALL 6 these documents must be handed in)
- Signed lease agreement in either parent’s name. The leas agreement must be signed by landlord and lessee and the lease must not have expired.
- Utility bill in the name of the property owner (not older than 3 months)
- Copy of the property owner’s ID
- Rental statement in the name of the parent/legal guardian (not older than 3 months)
- 3 Months proof of payment for rent (not older than 3 months)
- Any other statement eg: Fibre, Telkom, Vodacom etc, in the name of the parent/legal guardian (not older than 3 months)
***An Affidavit/letter is NOT a valid proof of home address and will NOT be accepted as proof of home address as per GDE admission regulations***
- Proof of work address: Letterhead of company stating your name, surname, ID number and address of the company
- Most recent report card of learner (Grade 2-7 only)
Application forms can only be delivered during office hours:
Mondays – Fridays 8:00 – 13:00 (excluding school holidays and public holidays)
Please sign the register as proof that it was delivered to the school.
Once your application is received by the school, your application will be placed on the 2027 waiting list.
Please note that placements from the 2027 waiting lists are subject to availability in the required grade at year end and will only commence towards November 2026.
Please do apply to more than one school in the area.
Waiting list numbers will only be confirmed via email once ALL certified documents were received and processed.
It will not be confirmed if there is any outstanding documentation.
Home address within school feeder area applications will place A-waiting list.
Home address outside school feeder area applications will place B-waiting list.
