2025 Admissions
Grade 1 admissions for 2025
All Gr.1 2025 applications are done on www.gdeadmissions.gov.za
NO applications are done at the school.
Please apply & submit all CERTIFIED documents online. You do not have to deliver documents to the school if you upload the documents online.
Application period: 11 July 2024 @ 8:00 – 12 August 2024 @ 00:00
Placement period: From 16 September 2024

Admissions for 2025
APPLICATIONS
Applications will open on 11 July 2024 @ 8:00.
The 2025 application form (Learner information form) will only be available to download from 11 July 2024 @ 8:00.
Should you want to apply, complete the application form once available and hand it in at the school, together with all CERTIFIED supporting documents as follow:
- Birth certificate of learner
- ID copies of both parents
- Proof of immunization of learner
- Proof of home address
Please note that the ONLY documents acceptable as proof of home address is:
A utility bill in either parent’s name (not older than 3 months) or
A lease agreement in either parent’s name. The lease agreement must be signed by landlord and lessee and the lease must not have expired.
The lease agreement must be handed in together with:
- the rental statement of the lessee (not older than 3 months) and
- the utility bill of the owner of the leased property (not older than 3 months).
- the ID copy of the owner of the leased property
***An Affidavit/letter is NOT a valid proof of home address and will NOT be accepted as proof of home address as per GDE admission regulations***
- Proof of work address: Letterhead of company stating your name, surname, ID number and address of the company
- Most recent report card of learner
Your application will be placed on the 2025 waiting list/s.
Please note that placement from the waiting list/s are SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY in the required grade at year end.
Waiting lists do not carry over yearly.
